On a day difficult day, the one consolation was a record parnership for the 6th Wicket between jason and Joe hyde, who scored his maiden fifty.
The main difference between the 2 sides was the 50 plus extras, mostly wides..
Batting by the ealry order was lax, and it took some real dedicatin by Joe and Jason to give us some respectibility, and even at one stage, an outside chance of making the runs
