Disappointment at Hormondon

We had Hormondon at 50 for 5 and still lost which was hugely frustrating.

Sam and Bob opened the bowling and Sam in particular was unplayable on a decent pitch.

Horsmondoen's number 6 decided to slog his way out of trouble and hit 70 runs very quickly which allowed Hormosnden to set a challening total

Old Dartechs though were well in the hunt, especially when Sam started flaying their captain to all parts of the ground. Unfortunately Sam was out with too many to get, and despite some good batting from Stuart and Billy, we couldn't get get close enough for the tailenders to see us home.
